Jetzt da die ersten Bands feststehen, wollt ich doch auch mal den passenden Thread dazu aufmachen:
Das legendäre Drop Dead Festival macht dieses Jahr den Sprung von Amerika nach Europa und da ganz genau in Prag.

Das Drop Dead Festival in Europa und dann auch noch Gothic Pogo Party in Prag. :o
Und ich hab dann wahrscheinlich keine Zeit. >:(
Aber wie kommt es, dass das Festival dieses Jahr in Prag und nicht wieder in den Staaten statt findet?
Und lässt es vielleicht sogar auf ein Drop Dead Festival hoffen, das auch im Jahr 2008 in Europa statt findet?

Die ursprüngliche Idee war wohl, das Drop Dead Prag zusätzlich zu dem in New York zu machen, momentan sieht es in New York aber nicht danach aus... und wenn das in Prag halbwegs gut läuft, soll's auch weiter was geben in Europa - Paris z.B. ist im Gespräch ;)

Bei einem so schönen Line up ist eine Prag-Reise überlegenswert. Mal sehen, ob es irgendwie klappt.

Nachdem einiges Chaos dadurch verursacht wurde, dass die Organisatorin in Prag das Drop Dead Team hängen ließ (was u.a. dazu führte, dass eine Location nicht gebucht wurde), steht jetzt endlich das (vorläufige) Line-Up und der Zeitplan fest. Es sollen allerdings an jedem Tag noch 1 oder 2 Bands dazu kommen.

Bleibt nur zu sagen: Sensationell!!!
Location, Bands, Atmosphäre einfach alles sehr, sehr gut.
Hoffentlich gibt es das Festival auch nächstes Jahr in Europa!

Ich hab diesbezüglich schon was gehört, mehr dazu, wenn ich eine definitive Aussage habe... :-X
Aber es war auf jeden Fall der Hammer! Bilder kommen auch, aber erstmal könnte ich ne Woche durchschlafen (was natürlich illusorisch ist - Arbeit wartet genug hier...) ::)
